How long does delivery take?
2–5 business days nationwide. You'll receive tracking updates as your order moves through our system.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Egypt. Online card payments are coming soon.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Start a return by contacting support with your order number.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email, or check your account dashboard.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes, free size exchanges subject to availability — just contact us within 14 days.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
